BAN KI-MOON NOMME AÏCHATOU MINDAOUDOU SOULEYMANE, DU NIGER, REPRÉSENTANTE SPÉCIALE ADJOINTE À L’OPÉRATION HYBRIDE AFRICAINE-NATIONS UNIES AU DARFOUR (MINUAD)

Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, M. Ban Ki-Moon, et le Président de la Commission de l’ africaine, M. Jean Ping, ont nommé Mme Aïchatou Mindaoudou Souleymane du Niger, Représentante spéciale conjointe adjointe à l’Opération hybride africaine-Nations Unies au Darfour (MINUAD). Mme Mindaoudou remplace M. Henry K. Anyidoho du Ghana, que le Secrétaire général remercie pour son dévouement inlassable et son travail inestimable à la MINUAD.
Mme Mindaoudou apporte, avec elle, une carrière longue et distinguée auprès du Gouvernement du Niger. Elle a été pendant 10 ans Ministre des affaires étrangères et de la coopération de son pays, après avoir été Ministre du développement social, de la population et de la promotion des droits de la femme.
Mme Mindaoudou a conduit plusieurs délégations du Niger aux conférences et sommets internationaux, dont la quatrième Conférence mondiale sur les femmes de 1995 à Beijing. Elle a également dirigé la délégation d’observation électorale de la Communauté économique des États d’Afrique de l’Ouest (CEDEAO) au Bénin.
Elle a travaillé étroitement avec le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) à l’élaboration de rapports sur le développement humain au Niger, ainsi qu’avec le Fonds des Nations Unies pour l’enfance (UNICEF) sur des questions relatives à l’égalité des sexes et au développement.
Née au Niger en 1959, Mme Mindaoudou est titulaire d’un doctorat et d’une maîtrise de droit de l’Université de Paris, en France, et d’un diplôme de droit de l’Université d’Abidjan, en Côte d’Ivoire.

Oh, das sind ja wbrderuane Schatze und Fotos die Lust auf noch mehr verschiedene Helleborus machen! Eigentlich wollte ich mich in diesem Jahr mal nicht in Gefahr begeben. Aber heute habe ich beim schonsten Winterwetter noch einen Platzchen im Garten entdeckt, wo noch ein oder zwei Orientalis zwischen den Rosen stehen konnten. Da kommt Dein Post gerade im richtigen Moment. Aber ob ich auch so viel Gluck habe jetzt noch gefullte Lenzrosen zu finden?Liebe GruYeSilke
